وارتفع سعر التسليم الفوري للذهب بنسبة 1.35% عند 5206.89 دولار للأوقية، وصعد السعر الفوري للبلاتين 1.5% عند 2214.95 دولار، بينما هبط سعر البلاديوم 1% إلى 1673.94 دولار للأوقية.

وارتفعت أسعار العقود الآجلة للفضة تسليم مايو القادم بنسبة 5.44% إلى 89.105 دولار للأوقية، وزاد سعر التسليم الفوري 2.19% عند 88.91 دولار.

في الوقت نفسه، تراجع مؤشر الدولار -الذي يقيس أداء العملة الخضراء مقابل سلة من العملات الرئيسية- بنسبة 0.53% عند مستوى 98.64 نقطة.

وتترقب الأسواق صدور قراءة مؤشر أسعار المستهلكين في الولايات المتحدة لشهر فبراير غداً (الأربعاء)، لبحث آفاق السياسة النقدية للاحتياطي الفيدرالي في ظل ارتفاع أسعار النفط.

The spot price of gold increased by 1.35% to $5,206.89 per ounce, while the spot price of platinum rose by 1.5% to $2,214.95, whereas the price of palladium fell by 1% to $1,673.94 per ounce.

Silver futures for May delivery increased by 5.44% to $89.105 per ounce, and the spot price rose by 2.19% to $88.91.

At the same time, the dollar index – which measures the performance of the greenback against a basket of major currencies – declined by 0.53% to 98.64 points.

Markets are awaiting the release of the Consumer Price Index reading for the United States for February tomorrow (Wednesday), to assess the outlook for monetary policy from the Federal Reserve amid rising oil prices.
