وكانت هيئة السوق المالية، قد أكدت في وقت سابق، أهمية ما تمثله ثقة المستثمرين بالسوق المالية لنموها وتطويرها، حيث تعمل الهيئة بشكل مستمر على رصد أي سلوكيات مخالفة، وضبط مرتكبيها، واستكمال الإجراءات اللازمة لفرض العقوبات الرادعة بحقهم، وذلك تعزيزاً لجهود الهيئة الرامية نحو إيجاد بيئة استثمارية جاذبة لجميع فئات المستثمرين وآمنة من الممارسات غير العادلة أو غير السليمة أو التي تنطوي على احتيال أو غش أو تدليس أو تضليل أو تلاعب.

The Authority continuously works to monitor any violations, apprehend the offenders, and complete the necessary procedures to impose deterrent penalties against them, thereby enhancing the Authority’s efforts to create an attractive investment environment for all categories of investors that is safe from unfair or unsound practices, fraud, deception, misrepresentation, or manipulation.
